Lamb County Cities receive $143,352.99 in sales taxes


Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar released totals on Wednesday, Sept. 6, for fiscal 2017 state revenues, in addition to announcing monthly state revenues for August.

The Lamb County cities received a combined total increase over what they got for this period in 2016.

He reported: “Sales tax revenue for the year was $28.9 billion, 0.3% ahead of the $28.8 billion projected in the January Biennial Revenue Estimate.
