Nettes fall short in tie-breaker

The Sudan Nettes missed out on a district championship, as they fell to Farwell, Friday night. The first quarter was  littered with foul calls. Three free throws from Ashton Sawyer and a basket from Allison Black gave Sudan a 5-2 lead.
Farwell tied the game, but Ashton Shultz and Sawyer each made a free throw. Madi Edwards made a couple of free  throws and a bucket to increase Sudan’s lead to 11-6. A couple of free throws from Shaylee Johnson and a threepointer
from Kimberlee Gonzales  gave Sudan a 16-8 lead, at the end of the first quarter.
