Grand Jury indicts 18 individuals Tuesday

Twenty-one indictments were handed down by the Lamb County Grand Jury Tuesday, when they met for District Judge Felix Klein’s 154th District Court. Of those, two of the individuals were both given two indictments on two different charges. The other 18 individuals only received one indictment each. Jerry Benavidez Fuentes, 37, of Snyder, was indicted on a charge of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, which occurred on Aug. 6, 2013. The indictment also lists four other offenses committed earlier in Frio and Jones Counties. His bond was set at $25,000.
