Public invited to donate gifts for needy children

Names of needy children may be found on the cards hanging on this Angel Tree in the lobby of First United Bank in Littlefield. The selected card may be taken off the tree, and registered with the person at the front desk. The unwrapped gifts, with the receiver’s name on them, should be dropped off at the Lamb County Family Resource Center, 232 Phelps Avenue, by Friday, Dec. 13. Instructions are left with the trees, with information regarding the gifts. Gift sacks are preferred, when deliveries are to be made. Members of the Littlefield Salvation Army Board of Directors are shown, left to right. On the left is Beverly Tiller, board member and member of First United Bank’ staff; Jane Parker, Retha Williams, Mamie Dangerfield, Tammy Vander Kuy, and Juanita Fortenberry.
